Banking and Treasury functions
Responsibilities
- Monitoring of trade facilities such as letter of credit, trust receipts, bank guarantees
- Maintaining intercompany and external loan agreements and reports and monthly reconciliation and reports
- Opening and maintenance of bank accounts, internet banking and other ad-hoc projects including all relevant statutory documentations
- Liaise with external administrators for transaction inquires, documentation, trade facilities and loan-related matters
- Liaise with external administrators and internal stakeholders on the application for Letter of credit, trust receipts, bank guarantees
- Provide other team members with supporting documents for trade facilities and update master record and schedule
- Maintain and upload monthly management forex rate to system
- Provide year-end audit support
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Admin/ Business / Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- Treasury Experience will be an advantage.
- Intermediate to advance computer literacy, including experience in word processing, spreadsheets and power point.
- Fresh graduated candidates are welcomed.
