We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate for our upcoming Orchard outlet who will provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for every client.
The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and preferences and ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to customers and developing good relationships with stakeholders.
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommending suitable products or solutions.
- Managing phone calls, e-mail, calendar updates and enquiries, with prompt and efficient responses.
- Responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, handling of cash and operating POS system.
- Offer personalised styling advice based on client’s personality, style and professional/lifestyle needs.
- Maintaining store environment cleanliness, visual merchandising and presentation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation and/or ability to appear on TikTok/social media videos is a plus (optional)
- Ad-hoc projects or administrative support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience in luxury brand, high-end fashion, optical, jewellery, watch retail industry or in similar capacity.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Basic computer skills
- A passion for eyewear and fashion is a plus!
