Information:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:30
- Basic salary range S$2,200 - S$2,400 + Transport allowance $120

Responsibilities:
- Support daily customer service functions such as attending to email enquiries & calls.
- Deal with customers and transporters to arrange for local shipment delivery.
- Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.
- Handle customers’ complaints and conduct investigations (if any)
- Update and submit daily/monthly reports to customers.
- Handle import and export permit declaration
- Prepare simple draft logistics billings.
- Handle ad-hoc task upon customer request (if any)
Requirements:
- Min O’ level or related Certificate in Logistics Management
- Min 2 years of working experience in 3rd party logistics will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
