Project Nails is passionate about nails, and we’re looking for a nails supervisor who shares that same passion! As the supervisor of our nails department, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the salon, including staffing, scheduling, customer service, and product ordering. You will also be responsible for maintaining the salon’s high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing a nails salon, and be able to provide exceptional customer service. You must also be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. We do not advocate high pressure sale and we offer a generous pay package with personal incentives, team incentives and bonuses.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing nail technicians to ensure that they are well trained and providing them with adequate support
- Ensuring that all nail technicians follow sanitation protocols
- Ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and ordering new supplies as needed
- Maintaining a neat and clean environment to create a pleasant experience for clients
- Supervising nail technicians to ensure that they are providing quality services in accordance with company standards
- Addressing and resolving any complaints that our clients may have
- Providing customer service to each customer during their visit
- Conducting staff meetings to discuss new products and services, changes in policies or procedures, and other information pertinent to the business
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a nail salon, spa, or related business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership qualities, communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of nail care products and services
