Location: Islandwide
Working days: 5 days, must be able to commit at least 1 weekend
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily restaurant management operations
- Deliver superior service and maximizecustomer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Manage restaurant's good image and suggest way to improve it
- Create report on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual to handle both English and Chinese speaking customers
