Manager, Investment Controlling

We are currently looking for passionate professional to join our Regional Finance team. Join us and bring your expertise on board!


As a Manager, Investment Controlling, your role purpose is to:

  • Consolidate, review of capital expenditure (owned & Right Of Use) reports to ensure data completeness and integrity.
  • Co-ordinate, review and provide support on Capital Investment Application
  • Co-ordinate, track capital expenditure & KPIs during & post implementation


Key tasks include:


1) Capital Investment Reporting (Monthly Reporting & Annual Operating Plan)

  • Consolidate, review capital expenditure (Owned & Right of Use) to ensure data completeness and integrity
  • Review and ensure reports are prepared according to global and regional standards
  • Highlight significant variance versus AOP, last forecast

2) Capital Investment (Owned & Right of Use)

  • Communicate processes and guidelines
  • Ensure processes and compliance guidelines are well understood by countries/entities
  • Design training programs to communicate and enforce compliance standards
  • Co-ordinate functional review
  • Review, analyze details. Feedback, challenge project team to ensure the capital investment proposal is robust
  • Provide follow up support where necessary
  • Co-ordinate regional/global approval process
  • Consolidate, review project applications in the pipeline
  • Co-ordinate, track projects during & post implementation


Requirements:

  • CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • 3 years experience in reporting and financial analysis
  • Strong PC skills, particularly the capability to tabulate large volume of data in MS Excel & Power BI
  • Fluent in English, strong communication skills
