Responsibilities:

1. Digital Transformation: Lead HR process digitalization for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
2. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics for informed decision-making and implement HR metrics.
3. Recruitment Technology: Evaluate and optimize digital tools for recruitment, enhancing efficiency.
4. Employee Experience: Implement technologies supporting remote work, collaboration, and well-being.
5. Learning and Development: Collaborate on digital learning solutions for employee growth.
6. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with HR technology vendors, staying current with industry trends.
7. Change Management: Facilitate successful adoption of new digital HR initiatives.
8. Stakeholder Coordination : Act as a PMO coordinating with stakeholders globally

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing digital transformation plans.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
