Responsibilities:
- Digital Transformation: Lead HR process digitalization for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics for informed decision-making and implement HR metrics.
- Recruitment Technology: Evaluate and optimize digital tools for recruitment, enhancing efficiency.
- Employee Experience: Implement technologies supporting remote work, collaboration, and well-being.
- Learning and Development: Collaborate on digital learning solutions for employee growth.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with HR technology vendors, staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field.
