- Position Title: Sales Admin Coordinator
- Working Location: Gul Circle
- Working Hours: 5.25 days, Mon – Fri (8 am – 6.30 pm, fixed 2 days off at 5 pm), Alternate Sat (8 am – 2.20 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Team.
- Working closely with sales personnel and providing them with updates when necessary.
- Read and interpret drawings from Customers.
- Understand CAD drawings for tooling parts.
- Able to work independently to determine component costing and lead RFQ processes.
- Attend to enquiries from customers.
- Process customers’ orders such as price quotation, checking of stock, purchasing of materials.
- Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth delivery.
- Filing and sales administrative tasks.
- Work towards company's overall Sales Target.
