- Position Title: Assistant Manager (Business Development)/ Business Development
- Working Location: Pioneer (Transport provided in West areas)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- To carry out business development/marketing (locally and overseas) in:
a) Ship repairs and marine new construction.
b) Vessel mobilization and demobilization works.
- To monitor and maintain customers’ profile and identify potential work scopes for the Company.
- To assist Commercial Team in bid preparation and submission.
- To follow up with customers for any updates and feedback.
- To liaise with the Project/Commercial Team for potential and awarded Works.
- To maintain and evaluate customers’ satisfaction and feedback.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Superior/ the Management etc.

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marine or Shipbuilding or any Engineering equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Marine / Shipbuilding industry
- Must be able to work odd hours due to vessel schedules or meetings with customers
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and SAPB1
- To be able to travel overseas and periodic short deployment overseas for business development and works related activities
