Responsibilities:
- Oversee a talented team of assistant managers, engineers, technical officers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Establishing strong client relationships and maintaining service standards
- Taking charge of the overall Air Conditioning Maintenance Ventilation system.
- Manage daily AC thermal comfort within acceptable limits
- Schedule and track maintenance activities for ACMV systems
- Conduct regular audit inspections to ensure service providers meet contractual obligations
- Handle tenant inquiries and liaise with external agencies for major repairs and maintenance works
- Prepare tender documents, coordinate and execute rectification works
- Plan training for staff development and ensure budget compliance
- Certify contractors' payments and ensure high standards of safety and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in facility management, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, power plant, or semiconductor industries
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, independent, and able to perform under pressure
- Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality
- Hands-on experience with strong building and M&E knowledge
- High level of initiative and integrity, with a strong safety mindset
