Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their operational and strategic requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for SAP system improvements.
SAP Implementation and Customization:
- Collaborate with SAP consultants and developers to implement and customize SAP solutions.
- Configure SAP modules to align with business requirements and optimize system functionality.
Data Integration and Migration:
- Oversee data migration projects, ensuring the smooth transition of data into SAP systems.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy within SAP applications.
User Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users on SAP functionality, ensuring they can effectively use the system.
- Offer ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and addressing inquiries related to SAP applications.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligned with system changes and enhancements.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and effective implementation of SAP solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about SAP updates, patches, and best practices.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP applications.
- Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with expertise in SAP modules relevant to the organization (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW).
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into SAP solutions.
- Experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.
- SAP certification(s) is a plus.
