1. Data Analysis and Modeling:
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques, artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex datasets.
- Develop predictive models to identify patterns, trends, and insights for proactive health interventions.
- Implement data-driven solutions to optimize preventive health strategies and personalized patient care.
2. Feature Engineering and Model Development:
- Identify and engineer relevant features from diverse healthcare data sources to enhance model accuracy and performance.
- Design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning models for predicting health risks and outcomes.
3. Productization and Code Transfer:
- Follow through toward productization by transferring algorithms and codes into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Work closely with the engineering team to integrate models into the company's systems or products.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Document research, experiments, modeling techniques, and methodologies followed in projects.
- Provide comprehensive reports and presentations on results, findings, and recommendations derived from data analysis and predictive models.
5. Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, data engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and align data science initiatives with company goals.
- Effectively communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Data Collection, Processing and Preprocessing:
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and wrangle raw digital health data to ensure its quality, integrity, and suitability for analysis and modeling.
- Implement data pipelines and automation processes for efficient data processing and extraction.
7. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and healthcare technologies.
- Propose and explore innovative methodologies and techniques to improve predictive modeling and data analysis within the healthcare domain.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Statistic, Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Good understanding or experiences in analog signal and noise processing is required.
- Proven experience in applying machine learning algorithms and statistical methods to healthcare data.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or similar for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminology, and electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.
- Experience with tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
