We are looking for a Helpdesk Support IT Executive (Contract) to support our IT department due to operational expansion and upgrading works. The successful person shall be offered good opportunity to work alongside with experienced Manager and support the regional offices, and expose to different IT work scope enhancing learning journey. Beside general day-to-day helpdesk support, the support person shall either be guided or work under supervision to provide but not limiting to: -
Key job responsibilities: -
- Provide level 1 /2 support, maintenance and resolution of hardware and software issues related to end-user computer and other associated peripherial including network issues
- Liaison with the IT Manager, vendor and other support to resolve problems in rolling out new initiatives and application
- Support, review and communicate with end-users on the implementation of IT governance framework, policies, systems and infrastructure to ensure compliance and alignment with policies and guidelines
- Install and configure computer hardwork, software, systems, networks, printers, etc.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Response timely to service issues and request
- Setting up new accounts for new users
Job requirements
- Minimum Diploma /tertiary education in any IT discipline, computer engineering or related IT field
- Minimum of not less than two (2) years relevant working experiences
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to analysis raise ticket issue and provide a solution to end-user
- Patience and confident
- Resources, innovative and good at adapting in different working environment
- Must be a team player
