Job Purpose/Role
You will work as a Junior Marketing Specialist to assist and contribute to the company's marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
(a) Digital Marketing Strategy - develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and services, inclusive of creation of quarterly content plan, concept, script & storyboard for content for use on digital platforms – training will be provided
(b) Marketing Research - identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance across Paid Earned and Owned channels – training will be provided
(c) Customer Experience Insights, Intelligence & Integration – conduct research, to gain insight into the actual customer experience, to improve flowthrough from marketing ads across sales channels, and develop actionable plans to improve sales performance – training will be provided
(d) Data Management and Analysis - Manage and track performance across all our paid channels inclusive of social media paid ads, and SEM - training will be provided
(e) Writing - Content creation and copywriting
(f) Graphic Design - Graphic Design using Adobe suite.
(g) Digital file management and other admin tasks;
Required Experience/Skills
- Minimum O'Level/Diploma.
- No experience needed, looking for highly motivated individuals looking to transit into a media/marketing role.
- Possess sufficient computer competency such as basic MS office software applications, and Adobe Suite products
- Good spoken and written English. Mandarin will be an advantage but not needed
- Meticulous, responsible, systematic and Good interpersonal skills, preferrable prior experience handling customers.
Position comes with up to 3-6 month probation period.
