Main Purpose:
Enterprise Platform Lead for System Admin and DBA
1. Leading Enterprise Platform team
2. Ensuring the system landscape and database are operating well
3. Support System and Database project
Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Manage and support the team member, including providing guidance, mentoring, coaching, and skill development
2. Overall responsible for CR/SR/PR, being the point of contact and track the status: Oversee the entire CR/SR/PR process, working with team member to ensure SLAs are met.
3. Plan CR delivery, monitoring, and sharing of CRs status: work with CR manager to develop a plan for the delivery of change requests, monitor status progress, and share status with all relevant stakeholders on weekly basis.
4. CRIA and Incident Resolution Report: Review CRIA and incident report for root cause analysis prepared by team member.
5. Code Review and Security Compliance: Work with the team to ensure that all code reviews comply with established security guidelines, including reviewing code for vulnerabilities, identifying security risks, and providing recommendations for improvement.
6. BA functions: work with team member to assess the feasibility of changes, gather requirements, analyze requirements, design applications, carry out UAT, document findings, and execute implementation activities.
7. Share best practices and lesson learnt work with Tech Manager and team member on best practices and lessons learned to improve O&S delivery and performance.
8. Process Improvement: work with Management Team to review existing tools, framework & documentation and provide inputs to automate the processes.
9. Assess if VA is required for CR and prepare VA report
Requirements:
o Bachelors Degree / Diploma in the related field.
o Good communication skills.
