Job Purpose/Role
This role is required to perform outbound contact engagement to Savern Mortgage's customers to promote home loan consultancy products. You are to assist the Mortgage Specialist in outbound calls, and follow up to closing.
Further up-skilling in actual mortgage sales and marketing will be provided if the candidate shows competency in handling the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
This role has a blend of skill sets in both customer service and sales. The focus is on customer service excellence to ensure customer requirements relating to their home loans are correctly understood, and thereafter provide a direct solution to the customer.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products with clear product knowledge to existing and potential customers of our business
- Know how to upsell / cross-sell & retain customers based on customers’ needs
- Ensure all sales calls comply with all quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to sales efforts to attain business sales goals
- Contact customers for renewal and recovery procedures
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary to improve/enhance customer experience
Required Experience/Skills
- Minimum N'level/O’level / Diploma. SPM/STPM holders with related experience would be considered
- At least 1 year’s of contact centre or 6 months of telemarketing experience required
- Ability to work under stress and highly productive sales environment
- Highly motivated to achieve targets and extra mile
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
- Possess sufficient computer competency such as basic MS office software applications
- Telesales in banking/finance or real estate environment would be an added advantage
- Good spoken English
- Meticulous, responsible, systematic and Good interpersonal skills, preferrable to prior experience from customer service and telesales
