Our client is an MNC, one of the leading players in the aviation sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Junior Customer Support Specialist to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East and are easily accessible.
Working hours: 5 days per week
Mondays to Fridays: 8am - 5pm
Location: Changi
Job Scope:
- Analyze customer purchase orders to determine specifications. Input orders into the ERP system, overseeing portal management.
- Engage with warehouse roles, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure timely order resolution, prioritizing based on shipping deadlines.
- Utilize ERP system for research and resolution.
- Ensure prompt shipment for vital orders through internal coordination and stakeholder liaison.
- Resolve customer claims, manage credit processes, and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Warehouse environments.
- Proficiency in Program Management and/or Customer Support.
- Capability to efficiently enter substantial order volumes into the system.
