MNC with business investment interest across manufacturing, F&B, Hospitality, Retail, Financial Services, Electronics, IT & Constructions internationally. Due to business expansion, seeking dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the Retail team as Facilities & Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities
- Maintain retail shops and 2 offices in the best condition to maximize the customer experience by keeping high standards of maintenance, housekeeping, and security of equipment and facilities.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment , office and retail stores systems run smoothly and efficiently including trouble shooting for electrical fault, air conditioning fault, water pipe burst and other related facilities equipment with helping hands from contractors or external vendors
- Oversee overall daily safety activities, ensure risk assessment and control measure are implemented
- Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure all repair / maintenance work are done to our expectations.
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- And any other duties as and when assigned by the management
Requirements
- NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical discipline
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience within an office and retail stores environment would be advantageous
- Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
- Valid FSM certificate preferred
- Working Location: East
- Able to commence within short notice
