Job Responsibilities
- Liaise between the various disciplines and departments to ensure works are carried out efficiently
- Ensure that the project meets the required specifications and standards
- Study and understand project spec, scope of work and scope of supply
- Assist to ensure that resources arrived are in accordance to the orders and requests raised
- Ensure that the resource allocations for production and project team are on time to ensure construction works can proceed on time
- Monitor and ensure that budgets are updated
- Support all HSE and QA/QC efforts and ensure works are in compliance to such efforts
- Assist in the preparation of reports to update the management on overall outyard activities
- Attend Client & Production Meeting together with Project Managers
- Tracks potential variations for the Projects and to follow up with Commercial
- Monitor progress status of individual Disciplines
- Submits Project Execution Plans for Tender Submission
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 5 years of experiences in Marine Project Management holding the same designation
- Good management and leadership skills
- Have own vehicle to travel to site inspection when needed
- Able to travel overseas for short trip when required
