Job Description:
1. Assist in verification of invoices ensuring accurate information and description.
2. Organise and maintaining payment records.
3. Assist in reconciliation of financial records ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Assist in processing daily orders and shipping documents to logistics partners.
5. Tracking and updating of outgoing shipments.
6. Attend to customers inquiries relating to orders.
7. Purchasing of insurance for shipment.
8. Maintaining records of inventory movements and stock count.
9. Assist in other admin. duties as and when required.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in accounting with at least 2-3 years relevant working experience.
2. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
3. Be meticulous and have an eye for details.
4. Ability to identify discrepancies.
5. Able to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good communications skills.
7. Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with colleagues and partners in China.
8. Able to start work within short notice.
9. Willing to work around Ubi vicinity.
