Job Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of assigned properties including service contracts, supervision of addition and alteration works and implementation of any maintenance, capital works and special projects.
- Implement Inspection Program and Scheduled Maintenance Program in the properties including lifts and other fixed assets.
- Liaise with IFMs (where appropriate) to ensure that properties are maintained efficiently.
- Implement initiatives that reduces short and long term operating costs.
- Monitor the performance of service providers on annual basis.
- Project manage storage fit-out work on ad-hoc basis.
- Assist the implementation of marketing and leasing strategies to improve the occupancy rate of the properties.
- Comply with all statutory rules and regulations and property guidelines of the Company.
- Maintain good relationship with clients and tenant.
- Assist in relevant ESG initiative, application process, submission and obtaining relevant green certificate for the Company owned properties.
- May have to travel occasionally in the region to inspect, suggest improvement plan, supervise ad-hoc project, monitor regular property maintenance work.
- Any other work scope relating to the management of properties from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate/ Property Management or equivalent.
- Possess minimum 8 years of related working experience.
- Willing to travel out of Singapore occasionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team.
- Strong leadership, team management, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
