Job Description:
- Assist in the organising, developing, implementing and supporting QHSE management system by providing the right advice & guidance to the users
- Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness on QHSE
- Assist in the reviewing of internal QHSE policies & practices to ensure they are up to date & appropriate
- Assist in the conducting of hazard & risk assessments & change existing or develop new recommendations to ensure compliance
- Ensuring all equipment are calibrated accordingly & be responsible for the outgoing inspection checks
- Be part of the routine performance metrics & reporting to the upper management
- Conduct & coordinate QHSE related training which will increase proficiency in safe work practices & promote QHSE consciousness
- Responsibility of managing physical infrastructure including all the related facility maintenance/engineering, and on site security procedures
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related QHSE field
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience preferably in Engineering/metal fabrication environment
- ISO lead auditor certification is advantageous
- Registered WSH Officer, Fire Safety Manager is advantageous
- Good leadership, supervision and facilitation skills
- Good written and oral communications
- Good team player & able to work in team oriented environment
- Able to work in culturally diverse environment
