We are seeking a Sales Development Manager (Singapore) to help us scale a high performing domestic Sales Development team who exceed pipeline targets and prepares SDRs for their future career endeavors (Account Executives, Marketing leaders, Sales and SDR leaders or Sales Engineers!).


To support our culture, we require you to work in the office 2-3 days a week. This means you’ll have to live within commuting distance of the office.


You’re a great fit if you…

  • Have +2 years experience of managing a sales development, inside sales, or lead generation team
  • Have experience in interviewing, hiring and onboarding SDRs
  • Have experience in working collaboratively across multiple teams including marketing, sales, sales leadership, sales engineering, and partners
  • Have an obsession with being data-driven, highly analytical, and you lead through influence
  • Think big by working to achieve a deep understanding of predictable revenue models, mastery of sales development, and value selling practices

What You’ll Do:

  • Scale and manage a high-performing team of SDRs who consistently overachieve on aggressive goals and will become future AEs, marketers and leaders at Snowflake
  • Own and drive execution of Snowflake’s new business pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top of the funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influenced across Enterprise and Majors segments
  • Develop partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to successfully collaborate on new marketing campaigns and field events, meet stretch pipeline goals, optimize your business for efficiency, accelerating ramp time to productivity, and ensure your team has a clear understanding of Snowflake domain knowledge
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class and diverse SDR talent
