The areas of responsibilities are:
- Work with our stakeholders and department heads on the documentation the business needs for the product to function, in compliance with Maritime standards and regulations.
- Detailing business requirements and flow, translating and documenting these requirements into product requirements.
- Work with the Tech team to translate the product requirements into technical documents.
- Work with the Design team on the product user journey and experience, with references from industry insights given by our founders.
- Research and brainstorm on ideas and concepts to create USPs and improve the experience for our users on the product.
- Create and manage the backlog and sprints with the vendors and team building the product.
- Work with theteam to support the end-users in the adoption and usage of the product through all stages.
Requirement:
· Well versed in tools / platforms like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro.
· 1 – 2 years’ experience working on tech product from start
· Experience in Business and Product Flow Mapping
