Job Description
- Design and drafting of building C&S engineering works
- Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering.
- Preparation of study reports, design reports, technical notes and public consultation papers.
- Preparation of tender documents and technical specifications.
- Design works and submission to all authorities, LTA, PUB, NEA, BCA, URA.
- Provide support in project management and contract administration for building engineering contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 years hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
- Good project management and technical skills
- Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
Salary is based on experience.
