ROLE DESCRIPTION:
SAP Services is an organization that provides SAP consulting services to SAP customers. It is a South East Asia regional team located in Singapore.
We are growing our organization to expand our delivery capabilities within the SEA region. Our desire is to provide SAP’s customers access to the best regional network of consultants with expertise in SAP’s latest technologies. The SAP Services is a sophisticated Service & Knowledge organization providing unique capabilities to SAP’s customers on their implementations of innovation products, mainly in Cloud product e.g, SAP IBP, etc
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expert advisory for strategic customer implementing SAP IBP with SAP Business Network integration.
- Provide expertise in S/4HANA BadI for SAP IBP Real-time integration for SAP IBP.
- Provide expert advisory on CI-DS & odata integration for SAP IBP.
- Work on leading customer facing project implementations with focus on IBP solution portfolio.
- Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.
- Advise customer on industry best practices in the area of expertise.
- Configure the requirements in respective solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and support development teams.
- Conduct testing, training and support for master data migration.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on SAP IBP including advanced features e.g, ML-Based algorithm.
- Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues.
- Execution of innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from Customer Success service areas to deploy and implement solutions.
- Proceed with IMG configuration, design/execute implementation packages (e.g. RDS´s, Best practices implementation guides).
- Be able to evaluate affected processes and scenarios. Ensure proper validation of solution implemented by grating minimum test case scenarios execution.
- Get involved with customer scenarios, be able to understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Solid experience developing/deployment as IBP with Real-time integration with actual project implementations.
- Solid knowledge in SAP ABAP for BadIs.
- Excellent Integration knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP IBP using SAP Cloud Platform Integration – Data Services, RTI and integration with Ariba Business Network.
- Excellent understanding of an integrated and end-to-end supply chain planning process with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP solutions.
- Ability and good will to pick up knowledge in new areas.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent Team Player with individual ownership.
- Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus.
- Adding advantages:
- Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology;
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud strategy – Public cloud, Private cloud
- Industry/domain experience in the area of supply chain management
Education:
Bachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
