Responsibilities
- Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
- Conforming to hotel standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
- Review basic banquet event orders and follow up on all special requests.
- Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standards.
- Anticipate and service of guests’ requirements before requests.
- Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
- Organize and be responsible for final set-up arrangements.
- Assist the manager/assistant manager in the daily operations of the outlet.
- Responsible and accountable for all cash amounts within outlet, in the absence of manager.
- Feedback to the manager on any operational issues.
- Responsible for Inventory.
- Recruitment and training of staff.
- Managing staff and providing feedback.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the F&B
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent team player and friendly individual
- High initiative and positive attitude
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
