About Our Client
We are partnering with a well-established organisation in the IT consulting and solutions industry, headquartered in Singapore.
Job Description
- Configuring physical network devices during capacity buildouts
- Able to set up automated monitoring and updating the firmware (operating system) of physical network devices
- Able to write automation scripts to safely update the configuration of physical network devices
- Provide Data Centre operations for a variety of tasks such as checking cables; replacing a line card/faulty device; decommission a device
- Any other adhoc tasks if required
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Implementation and maintenance support
- Has experience with troubleshooting across a variety of networking platforms such as Cisco, Dell, Palo Alto, Fortigate and Arista devices
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell and C# are preferred,for automating day-to-day tasks is an advantage
