Your Background
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 15+ years of relevant experience in front-end web development, and 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience in modern front-end web development, with a focus on developing highly scalable and responsive applications.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack).
- Deep understanding of responsive web design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading and growing engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
