Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administration, incoming/outgoing collections, and deliveries (orders, invoices, DO)
- Ensure goods are received and released accurately both physically and in the system
- Input data entry into the accounting system
- Generate reports from the accounting system for analysis
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, invoicing etc
- Schedule drivers delivery/collection for the day
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
