WORKING SUPERVISOR- hands -on cleaning alongside with the team
-Supervise cleaning staff, focusing on their performance in terms of standards if cleanliness and their behavior while on duty
- Maintain a high quality of cleanliness of clients' sites
- Organize cleaning schedules for cleaners and ensure that tasks are carried out effectively
-Prociding hands-on assistance to others while they carry out their duties
-Inspecting cleaning equipment and supplies on a regular basis
- Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to maximize waste
- Carry out regular tast and ensure there are minimum disruptions
- Constantly maintain a positive and pleasant public image
-To be professional and disciplined at all times in ensuring service standards are met
-Any other tasks given by management
Requirements:
-Experienced in cleaning
- Know how to operate and manage machines
- Driving license ( car or motor) will be preferred, but not a must
- Able to start promptly would be an advantage
-Must have cleaning certifications required for a cleaning supervisor
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 830AM-530PM Weekend 8.30AM-1230PM
Saturdays / Sundays and Public Holidays: Off
