Job Description:
KKKL Travel & Tours, a leading travel service provider in Singapore, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in selling travel products and bus tickets, addressing walk-in inquiries, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert travel advice and sell customized travel packages to clients, with a focus on bus travel and destinations within ASEAN countries.
- Handle walk-in customer inquiries efficiently, providing detailed information on schedules, fares, and travel products.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of air ticketing to assist customers with flight arrangements as part of their travel plans.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs and promoting suitable travel solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest travel industry trends, destination information, and visa requirements within ASEAN countries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop travel brochures and promotional materials. The ability to design brochures is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the travel industry with a strong sales track record.
- In-depth knowledge of travel product sales, particularly within the ASEAN region.
- Proficiency in air ticketing and familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Graphic design skills for creating brochures and marketing materials will be considered an advantage.
