We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a preference for MM expertise to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and implementing new change requests within the SAP FICO domain, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment processes, bank statements, procurement to pay, and asset modules.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Support:Provide operational support for SAP FICO (& MM) modules.
Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests independently.
- Functional Expertise:Demonstrate proficiency in SAP FICO, with a preference for MM knowledge.
Understand functional requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Issue Resolution:Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and service requests.
Communicate effectively with business users to gather relevant information.
Resolve issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Change Management:Implement new change requests in SAP FICO, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with a strong understanding of MM.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment processes, bank statements, procurement to pay, and asset modules.
- Ability to work independently and handle incidents, service requests, and change requests effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with business users and articulate technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work within defined SLAs and meet project deadlines.
- SAP certification in FICO and MM is a plus.
