Major Job Scope:
- Conduct thorough consultations, analyze and explain patient health and medical histories, including information on previous injuries, surgeries, general health, and lifestyle.
- Perform physical examinations with a focus on musculoskeletal assessments, emphasizing spine and posture evaluation, and documenting the range of movement.
- Collaborate with diagnostic services to arrange for necessary imaging, such as x-rays, and interpret the results for diagnosis.
- Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans based on thorough diagnoses.
- Utilize manual therapies, including but not limited to adjustments and manipulations, as the primary mode of treatment in an open clinic setting.
- Educate and advise patients on rehabilitation exercises and techniques to support long-term recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners, providing referrals when necessary, and ensuring holistic patient care.
- Foster positive and trust-based relationships with patients to enhance their overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including progress notes and comprehensive treatment plans.
- Manage a high volume of appointments each day, prioritizing exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless clinic operations and retain patient patronage.

Requirements:
- Degree with specialization in Physical Therapy or its equivalent.
- Relevant registrations or practising licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a commitment to professional integrity.
- Experience and proficiency in manual therapies as a primary mode of treatment.
- Professional interpretation of diagnostic imaging reports.
