As an HR personnel, you will be supporting the HR Department in the daily operation activities.
Responsibilities:
· Reporting to HR Shared Services Lead
· Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resource (HR) department
· Responsible for the up keeping of the administrative functions such as preparing confirmation letters and monitoring contract expiry for renewals for workers.
· Assist in work passes, medical checkup and on-boarding matters.
· Oversee the issuance of uniforms and maintenance of uniform inventory
· Issuance and maintenance of employee card and database updating
· Maintaining database and archival records
· Create and maintain employees’ personal files
· Ensure proper filing system within HR department
· Update and maintain employee database
· Provide general administrative support to HR Shared Services
· Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
Requirements:
· Well versed in Microsoft software applications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
· Ability to multi-task and is detail oriented
· Ability to work independently and is a team player
