We seek talented and highly motivated individuals who are keen to pursue an exciting career in an ultra-high growth industry to digitise the Gemstone trade. You will be immersed in a stimulating environment of design thinking and experimentation to invent a novel IOT Optical Device coupled to an AI-centric application using state of art computer vision algorithms. Job responsibilities :

  • spearhead the launch and promotion of our world’s first IoT optical device and SaaS designed for gemstone assessment
  • leverage digital marketing strategies to create and disseminate technical content related to gemmology identification and grading, and cutting-edge technologies underpinning our AI-driven optical device
  • develop and curate insightful blogs, whitepapers and other technical content showcasing expertise in the field of gemmology
  • collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials such as product application sheets, user manuals and video demo content
  • implement and manage SEO, SEM and SMM strategies to enhance online visibility and ranking
  • conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
  • work closely with cross-functional teams from product development, UI/UX design, sales and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • train marketing teams on product specifications and functionalities
  • build and maintain public relationships with industry experts and publications to enhance the company’s brand visibility.

Qualifications and skills :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Chemistry, Mineral Science, Marketing or Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical marketing of industrial machinery, consumer electronics or automotive products
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible and engaging content for diverse audiences
  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM and SMM digital marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with optical imaging devices would be an added advantage
