About The Role
As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential clients, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Your primary focus will be developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales funnel from first contact until closure
- Research target accounts, identify key contacts and develop interest from those accounts to stimulate new sales opportunities
- Manage hotel chain corporate relations, and account manage them
- Hit and exceed sales revenue targets
- Be the bridge between customer needs and product feasibility
- Help to improve sales processes (there’s always room for improvement and we’re always learning)
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has
- A minimum 5-8 years of hotel software sales experience
- Experience with Hubspot preferred
- Good relationships with prominent hotel chains and potential hires in APAC
- Have experience in selling to hotel chains and understands the go-to-market dynamics in the chains industry
- Successful sales track record and excellent negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of Software application, infrastructure and systems
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics of hotel structure
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Able to work comfortably with a team in a fast paced environment
