Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Maintain full sets of accounts
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and administrative functions
- Responsible on AP/AR/GL data entry
- Verify accuracy of vendor invoices, staff claims and petty cash reimbursement
- Assists in the preparation of quarterly GST filing
- Responsible for yearly audit and tax computation
- Monitoring and reporting of daily cashflow, ensuring funds are readily available
- Prepare and send statement of Accounts to customer
- Perform and other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in payroll software will be advantageous
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic and energetic in dealing and handling all matters.
- High sense of commitment and dedication to the role and willing to go the extra mile.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
