- Carry out works on site in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Check the materials and work in progress to ensure compliance with specified requirements and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the site engineers, site supervisors & project manager for site activities
- Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of deep excavation/mined and bored tunneling works
- Review and prepare method statements for submission to client
- Monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment
- Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance
- Prepare work progress report
- Plan the construction schedule and coordinate various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly
- Cost monitoring for the site activities
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structure Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction industry
- Working experience of planning, cost and construction
