We are looking to speak to Wireless Engineers with experience in Aruba Mobility Conductor and Aruba Mobility Controller!
Responsibilities
- Aruba Mobility Solution Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Aruba Mobility Conductor and Aruba Mobility Controller solutions to provide reliable and efficient wireless connectivity.
- Network Troubleshoot and Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the performance of the network, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
- Security Implementation: Implement robust security measures within the Aruba Mobility solutions, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of data transmitted over the network.
- Troubleshooting and Incident Response: Lead troubleshooting efforts during network incidents, providing timely resolution and implementing preventive measures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Prefer in Engineering, Information Systems or related area)
- Advanced degrees and relevant certifications (e.g., Aruba Certified Mobility Professional) are a plus.
- 6-8 years working experience in wireless IT Engineering/Operations
- Possesses expert knowledge of wireless Network Infrastructure and Network Design
- Strong understanding of wireless networking protocols, security protocols, and network architecture.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse complex network issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to acquire new skills in a diverse environment
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills; able to establish good working relationships globally and collaborate with networks of employees of all levels; able to foster cooperation in others; creative problem-solver.
- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of Aruba Wireless Conductor and Wireless Controller, (AP’s)
- Knowledge of Identity Service Engine
- Knowledge of Wireless Protocols
- Demonstrated experience engineering and supporting network solutions
