Job:
- Review, analyze and transform new business/user requirements into IT system/functional requirement.
- Lead SAP and EDI project implementation and handover to IT helpdesk.
- Serve as point of contact for internal/external business users.
- Manage 3rd party vendor for outsourced projects.
- Develop and review systems specifications, test plans, test results, technical documentation, and lead computer system validation (CSV) exercise according to corporate standards and guidelines.
- Ensure the solution delivered is properly tested and meet specifications and timeline from development to deployment. Support unit testing, SIT, UAT effort and resolve technical issues when required.
- Providing technical support, good services and timely response to clients and internal users, including preparation of user manual and conduct training.
- Improve the productivity of existing processes with IT systems.
- Internal and external audit handling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent.
- Possess at least 3 years’ experience in SAP and EDI system implementation and support role.
- Preferably worked in 3PL, Supply Chain, Logistics or service environment before.
- At least 3 years’ experience in IT project implementation, direct interaction with clients/customers, business users etc.
- Well verse with SQL commands.
