We have an exciting opportunity available, collaborating with a client who is embarking on a transformative journey. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in leading transformation initiatives, optimizing processes, and managing business organization projects. This engagement is for a period of 6 months, with the potential for extension.
The Role
Process and Documentation
- Process, system mapping and gap analysis
- Design of the target harmonized processes and tools
- Identification of automation opportunities to reduce low value work
- Draft of SOPs for all new Processes, technologies and best practices
Project
- Track status/timelines and deliverables for all initiatives under purview
- Draft presentations for the various project meetings (Project committee, Steering Committee)
- Help prepare communication on transformation progress, milestones, and successes to all stakeholders, including project sponsors and employees
- Develop a robust platform of business case and analytic tools, templates and processes with output and input key metrics related to all transformation initiatives
- Develop a transformation scorecard for each department or Initiative owner to closely monitor the financial benefit of the transformation plan
- Propose technology strategies (Cloud, RPA, AI) that can help optimize processes
- Supervise information systems projects with external consultants and vendors
Reporting & Budgeting
- Assist with relevant impact budgeting and reporting in relation to Transformation projects
Your Profile
- Experience/certification on: Project Management Skill/Process Improvement Skill/Change Management
- Exposure to Financial Reporting in multinational companies
- Former experience in leading transformation or system enhancement, particularly within Finance
- Sound understanding of data flows and the interaction of information systems
- Excellent communication and people skills
