Our Growth Marketing team plays a pivotal role in driving Lenskart’s success by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. We are seeking an experienced CRM professional to join our team, with a proven track record of leading ideation, creative briefing, and execution of CRM campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker who can visualize the user lifecycle and drive customer engagement across various channels. This role will report to the Growth Lead of Singapore.
In this role you will be responsible for
- Lead the ideation, creative briefing, and execution of CRM campaigns across various channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
- Develop campaigns to maximize customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities at each stage of the user lifecycle.
- Track, measure and report on performance of CRM projects.
- Analyze customer behavior and leverage insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize Figma to make edits for emails and on-site banners, ensuring a visually appealing and cohesive brand presence.
- Support copywriting efforts for CRM channels, ensuring messaging aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
Who we are looking for
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in CRM with a strong understanding of the Singapore market.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for design edits.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, data and analysis to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Southeast Asia markets is a plus.
- Experience working in an E-commerce or D2C company.
- Worked previously in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
