Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will support all corporate finance and administration activities in Asia.

Job Description:
- To handle all spectrums of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (Data entries, invoice processing, payments, receipts, claims and vouchers etc).
- Perform journal entries for various financial transactions, such as accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
- Assist in month-end activities, including GL and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare quarterly GST report.
- Assist in year-end audit.
- Assist Accountant on all accounts related activities and responsibilities.
- Assist in prepare board resolutions, minutes and any other ancillary documents
- Assist in maintain and update company database and filing systems.
- Assist in daily administration, office maintenance, IT matters, mails, couriers, insurance renewal and any administration requirements.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.Any other tasks or projects that may be assigned
Job requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- IT literate and digital savvy – In depth MS Package knowledge
- Fluent business English speaking and writing
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, and ability to meet regular deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate initiative and judgement in carrying out day-to-day role
- Multi-tasker looking for wide range of exposure
- Pro-active, independent worker, Can-do attitude, dares to ask questions/support, takes initiative
