Job Description:
The suitable candidate will provide administrative support to Clinical Audit and Quality Improvement Team. Your role involved to implement the clinical audit / quality assurance program to improve clinical governance and quality, patient care and safety in SNEC. Support and coordinate SNEC quality improvement projects / committees and initiatives to build and promote quality improvement culture. Manage information / data enquiries and requests from external stakeholders in a timely manner. And provide administrative support for the department as per requested by management.
Job Duties
- Clinical Audit Operations: ensure database are organized, updated in a timely manner, secure and accessible, perform checking, generate reports, handle all request and enquiries when needed
- Clinical Quality Management and Quality Improvement: coordinate and monitor safety and quality indicators, resource support for institutional Quality Assurance Committee meetings and activities including support for QI / KAIZEN projects and other quality events
- People Management: understand and promote cross departmental networking in order to achieve desired departmental outcomes
- Support Ensure safer system, Value Driven Care, Patient-Reported Outcome Measures, Enterprise Risk Management and other SNEC initiatives
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma or Professional Certificate in related field
- Minimum of 2 years’of relevant experience
- Experience in healthcare clinical audit / quality improvement / data analytics preferred
- Possess a solid understanding of Quality Improvement principles and management theories
- Possess a confident disposition, self-motivated, independent and enjoy working with people
