Operations Associate - Singapore
Fitch Ratings’ Operations is currently seeking an Operations Associate based out of our Singapore office.
Fitch Ratings Operations is focused on developing an efficient operating environment for analytical teams by bringing consistency and standardisation to all operational aspects of the rating process.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Maintain accurate data, electronic documentation, and perform timely routine administrative tasks in support of the ratings analysts using Fitch’s proprietary applications.
- Work collaboratively with others to ensure successful completion of special projects and ad hoc requests.
- Promote an overall understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the current processes, procedures, applications, management reports and training to provide highest quality support to the global analytical community.
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) OR 3+ years’ experience in an administrative or operational position
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly motivated, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to change
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team environment.
- Customer focused with the commitment to providing exceptional client service.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Experience working at a global financial services organisation.
- Experience in data management and fixed income knowledge would be a plus.
