Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting sales by acquiring major brands of products and merchandise into Online platforms to increase the company distributor presence in the regional e-commerce industry.
- Constant gathering of market intelligence on industry trends, competitive development, and evaluation of potential business opportunities whenever arises.
- Responsible for sales presentation proposals and presenting sales pitches to clients/customers based on their requests and needs.
- Responsible for contract drafting proposal and negotiation.
- To plan and develop E-Commerce go-to-market business strategy to increase revenue, meet objectives together with Product Marketing Team
- Manage vendor accounts, understand vendors’ business objectives, pain points resolve issues quickly, and ensure continuous engagement and cultivation of strong rapport
- P&L Management & Sales Cadence: manage the sales pipeline and maintain revenue leadership. Provide regular reporting and forecasting to management
Experience Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any equivalent discipline
- Min 3-5 years work experience in Business Development / Marketing and team setup
- Mandatory requirement: Proven experience working with e-commerce enablers or marketplace platforms.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and good digital skills (Microsoft office, platform knowledge, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and trust-building ability.
- Possess a strong sense of business acumen, strong networking skills, entrepreneurial mindset, team player, adaptive, get-it-done attitude
