Job Description
· Assist Sous Chef/Chefs in preparing fine/semi-fine dining cuisine
· Ensure quality of food
· Monitor stock level and inventory
· Compliance with the kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
· Complete preparations of house-made ingredients with proper care
· Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of chefs
