As a customer service officer at our health-retail setting clinic, you will be the first point of contact of our patients.
The following will be your major responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients, both in person and on the phone.
- Bringing patients on a first-time tour of the clinic.
- Maintaining prompt and accurate records of all data, appointments, services done and transactions in our CRM.
- Keeping up-to-date on e-mails and tele-records.
- Calling and scheduling appointments for patients and following up with them, especially for missed visits or no-shows.
- Assisting colleagues in patients' therapy sessions.
- Inventory management.
- Sanitization and keeping clinic clean and neat.
- Assisting in achieving clinic's KPIs.
