Responsibilities:
- Support daily customer service , including complaints (enquiries, calls, emails)
- Arranging delivery for local shipments
- Update and submit daily/monthly reports to customers
- Prepare simple draft logistics billings
- Handle ad-hoc task upon customer request (if any)
- Other ad-hoc operation duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
